Fiber pulling

Pull or blow

Some runs suit a pulling line; others suit blowing the fiber in with compressed air. We do both, and we choose by the duct and the cable rather than by habit.

Proofing comes first

Before any fiber goes in, we proof the duct with air-driven mandrels or pushing rodders. That finds crushed or blocked sections while they are still cheap to fix, instead of halfway through a pull.
