Safety on every site
Uncompromised safety is one of our four core values. On a utility job it covers four groups: the public, the lines already in the ground, the land around the work and our own crew.
The public
Work zones are set up so people and traffic can get around the site safely while we work.
Lines already in the ground
Every job starts with an 811 locate request, and every marked line is respected while we work. A steered bore keeps its planned distance from what is already there.
The land around the work
Directional drilling leaves the ground undisturbed between pits, which matters near trees and wetlands and under finished landscaping.
Our crew
Our crews look out for each other on site. A job done safely is the only job done right.
Call before you dig
Before anyone digs, the law requires a locate request through 811 so the owners of buried lines can mark them. We call it in on every job, and we don't break ground until the marks are down.
